Kellie has been with the Arrow Advisory since early 2005. She is a licensed representative but focuses on the implementation side of the business. She is the point of contact if you have any questions about your Wealth Management and Financial Planning service process.

Kellie considers herself a “foodie” and enjoys cooking and walks in the woods or on the beach. She also likes treasure hunting at antique stores (and Homegoods). She is a college football fan, and as an alumnus of Clemson, is a proud Tiger.

Michael is a licensed representative who focuses on goal-based financial planning. His unique background encompasses both law and business, which complement his current role by enabling him to provide insightful advice to his clients. He is an avid “car guy” which tests his wife’s patience at times but, makes it up to her by traveling and going on adventures whenever possible.

Sandi has decades of experience and knowledge in tax preparation and accounting. Her passions include traveling, boating, cooking, and of course, shopping.

Ben Crane, CPA joined Arrow Advisory as a Staff Accountant in 2019. He was promoted to the role of Senior Accountant in 2021 and received his CPA licensure in 2022. He grew up in Hartsville, South Carolina and moved to Charleston to earn his degree at the College of Charleston. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and proceeded to attend the master’s program at College of Charleston, completing his Master of Science in Accountancy in 2013. He moved to Chicago in 2014 where he worked as trader and market maker in the futures industry until 2019. In 2019 he returned to Charleston to resume his career in public accounting. Most recently, he has obtained his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Ben’s unique background and breadth of knowledge in financial markets, tax, and accounting and not to mention is golf obsession, is an asset to our firm and can be for yours too.

Nicole’s passion and background in service and hospitality makes her an invaluable addition to the team by elevating the overall client experience. While not working, she loves boating, hunting for beach glass, and petting every dog she sees.

Aleks has had a diverse work background. After working almost 10 years as a Finance Manager for a small, Charleston-based company, she has returned to the finance realm to continue to serve small businesses. She spent 5 formative years learning from Kathleen and is thrilled to be able to join the Arrow Advisory team and serve clients, both new and familiar. Aleks is presently based in Colorado where she enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking, skiing, and camping.

Jenny loves serving the Charleston community. In her spare time, she enjoys bike riding and church events. She was a client to the firm for several years and loved the integrity of the staff so much that she decided to go back to school and pursue accounting.

When she is not assisting our clients with their wealth management and tax needs, she is busy raising her 4 children. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her children and 3 rescue dogs and practicing yoga.

Dee enjoys building relationships with her clients and helping them grow. In her spare time, she love spoiling her granddaughter and spending time with family. She is an avid football fan and her favorite team is the Baltimore Ravens.
